Hello and welcome

I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 20 years of experience across a broad range of nutrition and dietetics settings. Over time, I’ve developed a strong passion for supporting clients undergoing bariatric surgery and those managing diabetes.

I work closely with clients both before and after bariatric surgery, helping them prepare for the journey ahead and maintain their health in the long term. I believe it’s a true privilege to be part of such a life-changing process, and I’m committed to empowering my clients with the tools and knowledge they need to achieve lasting results. I’ve also had the opportunity to support many women post-bariatric surgery to optimise their nutrition during pregnancy.

As a Credentialled Diabetes Educator, I support people diagnosed with diabetes, with a special interest in gestational diabetes. My focus is on helping women feel confident in managing their condition throughout pregnancy. I also work with clients with type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, and those looking to improve their overall health and reduce their risk of chronic disease.
